Realtor MD was founded by Mike Waldvogel, a real estate agent with over 2 decades of experience of helping others buy and sell properties in Utah and Costa Rica. Mike was born in Costa Rica and grew up in Utah. After finishing his schooling, he returned to Costa Rica in 1996 on a humanitarian mission where he was reintroduced to his country and his people. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and is proficient in the customs, areas and local laws in both Costa Rica and Utah. He approaches both life and work with sincerity, honesty, and an energetic zeal. To Mike, seeing a client fall in love with their new home never gets old and is a constant motivator to him as a realtor.
Mike Waldvogel is a fully licensed realtor and is a member of the UAR (Utah Association of Realtors, SLBR (Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the NAR (National Association of Realtors). Realtor MD is a fully licensed real estate brokerage in Costa Rica (Realtor MD, S.R.L) and only represents fully titled properties in Costa Rica.
